SHEpherds Synergy is a Christian organization rooted in the historic Christian faith. We believe that faith shapes how we live, lead, serve and steward what God has entrusted to us.
Our leadership is not separated from our faith. We believe the way we lead, serve, make decisions and use our influence should flow from our relationship with God and the truth of His Word.
At SHEpherds Synergy, we gather women who carry different assignments, gifts and responsibilities, while remaining rooted in one faith and one God.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, our Savior and Lord, and that through His death and resurrection we receive salvation and reconciliation with God.

We believe the Holy Spirit is present and active in the lives of believers, empowering, guiding, comforting, convicting and equipping us to live and lead according to God’s purposes.

We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word and our foundational authority for faith, character and life.

We believe prayer is essential to our relationship with God and foundational to healthy Christian leadership.
What we carry belongs to God.
We believe every gift, opportunity, resource, platform and sphere of influence entrusted to us should ultimately honor God and serve others.
We believe Christian leadership should reflect the glory of God and be marked by humility, integrity, wisdom, courage, excellence, compassion, accountability and faithful stewardship.
And we believe leadership should produce fruit that extends beyond the leader herself.
