SHEpherds Synergy is a Christian leadership community strengthening, equipping, restoring and connecting women who carry responsibility and influence across diverse spaces.
SHEpherds Synergy was born from the recognition that women carrying significant responsibility often spend their lives creating strength for everyone around them while having few spaces where they themselves can receive.
Leadership can be deeply rewarding. It can also be demanding and lonely.
The woman others depend on may be carrying difficult decisions, people whose welfare matters deeply to her, expectations attached to her role, family responsibilities, organizational pressure and the private weight of remaining strong publicly.
SHEpherds Synergy was created as a response: a place where Christian women carrying responsibility and influence across different sectors can pray, grow, learn, be sharpened, find restoration and build meaningful relationships.
"We carry different assignments, but none of us was created to carry alone."
To strengthen, equip, restore and connect Christian women who carry leadership responsibility and influence, enabling them to steward their assignments with faith, wisdom, excellence, courage and wholeness.
To see Christian women across the world strengthened to become all God has called them to be, shaping their spaces with wisdom, courage, excellence and enduring impact.

Dr. Terry Gobanga is a Kenyan-born, U.S.-based humanitarian, transformational speaker, author, preacher, mentor and nonprofit leader whose work spans faith, leadership, advocacy, organizational development and community transformation.
She is the Founder and President of SHEpherds Synergy, a Christian leadership community created to strengthen, equip, restore and connect women who carry responsibility and influence across diverse spaces.
The vision for SHEpherds Synergy was born not simply from Terry’s desire to gather women, but from what she has learned through years of carrying.
As a founder, nonprofit executive, preacher, mentor, advocate, board leader, community president, wife and mother, Terry understands both the privilege and the weight of being the woman others depend on.
She has built organizations, led teams, navigated difficult decisions, mobilized communities, developed leaders and carried responsibilities requiring faith, courage, wisdom, resilience and sacrifice.
Through these experiences, she became increasingly convinced that the conversation about women in leadership cannot focus only on what women can accomplish.
