Leadership Team
Esmè Grey is an entrepreneur, author, speaker and finance professional whose leadership perspective has been shaped over several decades across financial management, corporate work, aviation, community engagement and the creative space. Her life and career have spanned three continents, giving her extensive experience working across cultures and within varied professional environments.
Esmè’s career in finance has spanned corporate and institutional environments in Europe and the United States. She served as Head of Finance and Budgeting for a European Union organization and, after relocating to the United States, continued her career as a Financial Analyst before returning to aviation. Her experience encompasses financial stewardship, budgeting, analysis, institutional accountability and leadership within multinational environments. She is also active in real estate, where her financial background informs her approach to property, capital and long term asset stewardship.
Her entrepreneurial journey began with the formation of Calen Ltd., an early venture in design and production, and later expanded into a bespoke couture and bridal atelier. That creative thread continues through GreyDynasty, the creative enterprise she founded. Her work in the creative space also extends to mentoring young women in Kenya as they navigate careers in modeling.
Esmè is the author of Elegance as Virtue: Displaying God’s Glory. Her writing, speaking and coaching work centers on character and human formation, particularly the formation of women toward elegance and men toward nobility. She has spoken to both faith-based and professional audiences on these themes.
Her leadership experience also extends into ministry, having served as a youth pastor in Belgium, as well as into community leadership as a founding member and Treasurer of the Kenyan Diaspora in Belgium and Luxembourg and Vice President of the Black Forest Toastmasters Club. She remains engaged in faith-based giving and mentorship.
Esmè’s international life is also reflected in her fluency in several languages and an education spanning business, international politics and security studies, and an MBA in Finance and Accounting. Her Christian faith and engagement with Scripture inform her understanding of leadership, stewardship and the responsibility to develop and serve others.
